More than a touch of classic german infusion, with French and Japanese dishes is what you will find at the authentic Yosh restaurant in Stuttgart.  Located within a landscaped art deco inspired outdoor park - the Killesberg; this stone clad Michelin star restaurant has sharing plate menus for either one or two, serving stylised amuse bouche takes on traditional German, French and Japanese dishes.

Very sharp, rich, slightly sweet, and tart flavours mix with refined ingredients such as truffles and caviar. Foie gras with vanilla essence and celery puree, coquilles saint jacques with truffle puree, caviar plates, and sauerkraut salad with shallot vinaigrette give you an idea of the sort of thing.  Set up as a sharing plate place; as well as an extensive wine cellar with 3,000 World wines, there is a cigar lounge in which to recline and relax in after your meal.
