Tom Aikens latest addition to London pied a terre life is his 4 AA Rosette restaurant Muse. Situated in a sophisticated Belgravia street; the 25 cover restaurant resides in a converted mews property. Based on recipes that have reached him throughout his life –  Muse celebrates this.  The elegant eatery is designed around momentous recipes, with all the dishes re-created to mark a moment in his life.

The essence of the menus are raw ingredients in their natural form, such as eggs, caviar and root vegetables, and the menus are built around this.  The tasting menus comprise of a sensational selection of extremely good looking design dishes, celebrating the best of rural British seasonal produce. The cuisine is inextricably Modern British, and based on the nostalgic attributes of the ingredients.
